** The valuation will be conducted once a year, in case that there is no event
that has a material impact towards the Fund's assets.

**** Valuation/ Revaluation period
(1) 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2034 for towers and FOC under ownership
structure with terminal value
(2) 1 January 2021 to 15 September 2033 to 31 December 2036 for FOC under
long-term lease structure for 20 years with terminal value
(3) 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2048 (Additional Investment No.2) and 31
December 2049 (Additional Investment No.3) for FOC under long - term lease
structure for 30 years with terminal value
(4) 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2026 for towers and FOC under the right to the
net revenue with terminal value
(5) 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021 for the FOC transmission and Active
Equipment.
