Subject:     Changes in Shareholding of Major Shareholders
To:          President
     The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Thai Packaging and Printing Public Co., Ltd. ("TPP") has been requested by the 
Stock Exchange of Thailand to inform about 22nd November, 2021  big-lot
transaction of the ordinary shares in an amount of 4,680,000 shares, equivalent
to 12.48% of the total issued and paid-up capital of TPP.
In relation to this, TPP has been informed that a major shareholder, Mr. Pramote
Possawongse, had sold 4,680,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 12.48% of the
total issued and paid-up capital of TPP, at Baht 21.00 per share in a private
placement to Mr. Thanarat Possawongse. Following the transaction, the
shareholding structure would be changed as follow.
