No. Kor Tor Ror. Sor Aor Sor 52/2022 Re: To notify the omission of dividend 
payment of MFC Patong Heritage Property Fund (M-PAT) for the three-month period
ended 31 March 2022
MFC Asset Management Plc., as the Management Company of MFC Patong Heritage 
Property Fund ("the Fund") would like to notify that the Investment Committee
No. 12/2022 held on 24 May 2022 has resolved to approve the omission of dividend
payment for the operating period of 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022. As the
Fund has only received fixed rental revenue amounting to 0.075 million baht and
no variable rental revenue calculated from hotel performance during such period
under the lease agreement approved by the extraordinary meeting of unitholders
No. 1/2021 via electronic platform. The main reason comes from ongoing impact
from the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, the Fund has net decrease in asset from
 operation in the aforementioned period and recorded deficit.
