Securities Depository Fees

Deposit, Withdrawal, and Transfer Fee

1.	Securities Depository Fee	10 Baht per transaction
2.	Securities Withdrawal Fee 2.1 Withdrawal Securities Fee besides 2.2 2.2 Withdrawal Fee for bonds, treasury bills, or other government debt instruments is a guarantee that the using amount balances with the cheque account deduction stipulated by the Bank of Thailand	65 Baht per transaction 30 Baht (unless due to redemption and no issuance of certificate, no withdrawal charge)
3.	Transfer fee for all government bond transfers that are not a personal asset transfer, inheritance transfer, or any transfers according to court order or the transfer of securities between securities accounts of the same owner.	35 Baht
4.	Warrants Transfer Fee 4.1 Securities transfer fee resulting from the exercise of warrant rights through SET 4.2 In case of warrant transfer from the local account to the foreign account	10 Baht 30 Baht

Maintaining of Securities Depository Account Fee

4.	Securities maintaining fee of securities depository account to ensure trading for exercising derivative warrant rights	300 Baht per day throughout the life of the derivative warrants.
5.	Debt instruments in foreign currency with the following characteristics : (1) Having a Registrar who is a person possessing the securities registrar license under the law on securities and exchange ; and (2) having a securities registration system that is in accordance with the rules of TSD concerning depository services of securities for which TSD is not a Registrar	2.50 Baht monthly	Par Value

According to (1) (2) (3) (5) and (6) depository fees are daily calculated by the outstanding value of securities in account at each end of the day and monthly charge according to the above rate of every million baht, the excess of million baht considers equally to million baht

Fee for Non-connected TSD depository system participants

Fee for editing depositor’s information

If the depositor requests to amend other information submitted by the depositor to the TSD, the TSD shall charged the depositor a service of Baht 5,000 Baht each time.

The securities holders can only request for the securities that actually hold and must submit the required document to TSD at designated period of time.
